این پروژه سیستم داروخانه میباشد که برای درس مهندسی نرم افزار مناسب و کامل است.
چکیده: سیستم مورد نظر ما یك داروخانه است كه با شركت های دارویی و مراجعه كننده درارتباط است . این ارتباط با شركت دارویی شامل همهء شركت ها از جمله رازی- هجرت- البرز- قاسم ایران پاستور وغیره است. داروخانه پس از تهیه لیست داروهای مورد نیاز درخواست خود را جهت دریافت داروهای خواسته شده به شركت ارائه می دهد این درخواست هر15 روز یك بار وتلفنی انجام می شود و لیست را توسط فكس به شركت مورد نظر ارسال می كنند. خود داروخانه شامل قسمتهای دارویی - قسمتهای دارویی تركیبی- صندوق- لوازم بهداشتی- انبار است. در این داروخانه اعمالی كه صورت می گیرد زیر نظر مدیر و مسئول فنی داروخانه است. كه این اعمال نظیر پذیرش نسخه - تحویل دارو - داروهای خارج از نسخه- فروش مواد بهداشتی- فروش مواد آرایشی انجام می شودكه بیمار ومسئول فنی داروخانه- صندوق دارو- متصدی پاسخگویی با سیستم در ارتباط اند.بیماردر این سیستم متقاضی دریافت دارو طبق نسخه می باشد به طوری كه عملیات های دادن نسخه به واحد پذیرش نسخه ودریافت دارو از وظایف بیمار می باشد; بیمار نسخه خود را به واحد پذیرش نسخه ارائه می دهد و این واحد پس از كنترل تاریخ ویزیت- مهر كردن- خواندن كامل نسخه – كنترل مخدوش نبودن نسخه- نسخه را به واحد نسخه پیچ ارائه می دهد و درانجا كنترل اقلام دارویی- چیدن داروی درون نسخه و كنترل اعتبار تاریخ نسخه صورت می گیرد; و بعد از آن داروهای چیده شده را به واحد تحویل دارو ارائه می كند. وظایف این واحد كنترل دارو- دستور دارویی- مشاوره دارویی- توضیح عوارض جانبی دارو- فیش برداری برای صندوق انجام می شود.
