پروژه اینجانب مربوط میشود به طراحی مبدل های حرارتی است که شامل مقدمه ، اهداف اصلی طراحی،مزایای مبدل های پوسته و لوله ،قسمت های اصلی مبدل هاهمراه با اشکال مختلف ،تعاریف کلیه قسمت ها ، اثرات حرارتی ،انتخاب محل عبور سیال ،خورندگی سیالات ،انتخاب محل عبور سیال ، خطر نشت ، رسوب مبدل ها ، تمیز کاری و نگهداری است .
همچنین در این پروژه از زبان برنامه نویسی متلب (نزدیک 400 خط برنامه نویسی) استفاده شده.
همه ی فرمول های مورد استفاده ، نقشه ها و شکل های بدست آمده نیز در پروژه آورده شده است که امیدوارم برای شما مفید واقع شود.
چکیده: مبدل حرارتی (heat exchanger) دستگاهی است که انرژی حرارتی را از سیالی به سیال دیگر منتقل می کند. سیال ممکن است هوا یا گاز باشد. به این صورت که دو سیال با دمای مختلف را وارد محفظه می کنند و میان آن ها انتقال حرارت صورت می گیرد. این دو سیال هرگز با هم مخلوط نمی شوند. کاربرد مبدل در یخچال ها، سیستم های تهویه مطبوع نیروگاه ها، فرایندهای گاز طبیعی و... می باشدمبدل ها ی حرارتی پوسته و لوله از پركاربرد ترین مبدل ها در صنعت می باشند.این مبدل ها از لوله هایی با مقطع دایره ای كه در پوسته های استوانه ای بزرگ نصب شده اند، ساخته می شوند به طوری كه محور لوله ها موازی با محور پوسته است . این مبدل ها به صورت وسیعی به عنوان خنك كن های روغن ،چگالنده ها و پیش گرم كن ها در نیروگاهها ، و به عنوان مولدهای بخار در نیروگاههای هسته ای و در كاربردهای صنایع فرآیندی و شیمیایی استفاده می شوند. در مبدل های حرارتی پوسته و لوله دارای بفل(صفحات هدایت كننده جریان) ، جریان سمت پوسته به صورت متقاطع با لوله ها در بین دو بفل مجاور جهت داده می شود و در حالیكه از فاصله ما بین دو بفل به فاصله بعدی منتقل می شود ، موازی با لوله ها ، جهت می یابد.
