ورقهای آکریلیک (Acrylic Sheet) از ترکیبات پلی متیل متاکریلات (Poly Methyl Methacrylate) ساخته شده اند و بصورت پایدار، شکل پذیر، شفاف و محکم بدست می آیند که در تهیه قابهای روشنایی، معماری و پنجره های هواپیما و سقفهای کاذب (نورگیر) و غیره استفاده میشوند. ورقهای آکریلیک بسته به محل مصرف، در ضخامتهای متفاوت قابل تهیه هستند.
كاربرد و موارد مصرف:
1- ورق آکریلیک به لحاظ دارا بودن نیروی کششی بسیار خوب در واحد وزن، شفافیت نوری و مقاومت در برابر هوا یک ماده استاندارد جهت سایبان هواپیما، پنجره های هلیکوپتر و در ساخت پنجره انواع هواپیما بکار می رود.
2- ورق آکریلیک اکثراً جهت روشنایی هواپیما و ساختمان سازی و غیره استفاده می شود.
3- این محصول بطور گسترده در تولید لایه رویی و پشتی دریچه های روشنایی مصرف می شود.
4- در کارهای معماری مانند شبکه روشنایی گنبدی، قابهای براق، محافظهای خورشیدی، گلخانه ها و غیره استفاده می شود.
5- امروزه در ساخت عابر گذرها، شهر بازیها، صنایع بسته بندی، تولید لوازم یکبار مصرف و ... کاربرد فراوانی دارد.
در طرح ارائه شده کلیه مراحل تولید از فرمول بندی، شرایط عملیاتی تولید تا بسته بندی بطور کامل تشریح شده است. همچنین لیست کامل تجهیزات و ماشین آلات مورد نیاز و تجزیه تحلیل هزینه ها برای تولید 12500 ورق پلکسی گلاس در ماه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
