چکیده:در این مقاله ابتدا، ضرورت توسعه فناوری شكل دهی پرسرعت، كه می تواند در قالب شكل دهی الكترومغناطیس باشد، در تولید قطعات صنعتی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. این فرآیند در كنار سایر مزایای آن، می تواند شكل پذیری ورق را به نحو چشمگیری بهبود بخشیده، چین خوردگی را كاهش داده و برگشت فنری ورق را كم كند. سپس عوامل مهمی كه منجر به بهبود شكل پذیری ورق در سرعت بالا می شود مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به طور خاص، سرعت بالای ورق می تواند مانع از رشد گلویی شدن شود كه این امر به ابعاد ورق نیز وابستگی دارد. به علاوه، شرایط مرزی و ضربه برخورد با قالب می تواند اثرات مهمی بر شكل پذیری بگذارد. در این مقاله نتایج مروری كلی بر فعالیتهای انجام شده در زمینه تاثیر شكل دهی سریع بر خواص مكانیكی و شكل پذیری ورقهای فلزی ارایه شده است.
