چکیده طرح :نیاز گسترده و روز افزون جامعه به مسکن و حل مشکلات موجود در صنعت ساختمان، ضرورت استفاده از سیستمهای نوین ساخت و مصالح جدید استاندارد، بمنظور افزایش سرعت اجرا، کیفیت عمر مفید، سبک سازی و نیز اقتصادی بودن ساختمان ها را بیش از از پیش مطرح ساخته است. همواره سبکی بتن،همراه مقاومت کم آن تلقی شده است .سبکدانه های درشت نقش مهمی را در تغییر مقاومت بتن سبکدانه بازی می کنند .نزدیک به دو دهه پیش مطالعه برای تولید بتن سبکدانه با مقاومت زیاد به ویژه در پروژه های نفتی آغاز شد وتوانستند با استفاده از سبکدانه های خاص وبکارگیری مرغوب اعم از سیمان، دوده سیلیسی وفوق روان کننده ها به مقاومت های فشاری فراتر ازMPa20 دست یابند.در ایران نیز تلاشهایی برای دست یابی به بتن سبکدانه پرمقاومت با مصالح موجود در ایران آغازشد؛اما به دلیل ضعف سبکدانه های درشت ،محدویت های جدی دراین راه وجود دارد .با این حال احساس می شودبتن از سبکدانه از مقاومت زیاد یا متوسط به عنوان بتن بادوام جهت بتن ریزی در قطعات بتن مسلح در حاشیه خلیج فارس ودریای عمان استفاده نمود. ساختمان به طور مستقیم (به لحاظ سبکی ویژه این نوع بتن) و صرفه جویی در مصرف انرژی بطور غیر مستقیم(به لحاظ عایق بودن این نوع بتن در مقابل سرما و گرما و در نتیجه کاهش میزان مواد سوختی)، از لحاظ اقتصادی گامهای بلند و مهمامروزه مهندسین و معماران سازنده ساختمان در دنیا با استفاده از بتن سبک در قسمتهای مختلف بنا با سبک کردن وزنی برداشتهاند.
