چکیده: مدیریت برش و پرس یكی از مدیریتهایی است كه زیر نظر معاونت سواری سازی ایران خودرو فعالیت می كند . برش و پرس در حال حاضر ازنظر تناژ، ابعاد تعداد پرس بزرگترین مجتمع پرسكاری در ایران می باشد. این مجموعه توانایی آنرا داده كه برای 50/000 دستگاه سواری ، 5000 دستگاه مینی بوس و 3000 دستگاه اتوبوس قطعه تولید كند. قطعات این مجموعه توسط قالب ، پرس و ماشین آلات مخصوص تولید می شوند. تولید قطعات براساس مدارك فنی «استانداردهای تعریف شده انجام می شود و بدون مدارك فنی و اطلاعات كافی قطعه ای تولید نمی شود. دراین مدیریت جمعا 4027 نغه پرسنل رسمی ، قراردادی و پیمانكاری فعالیت دارند.
