چکیده: هر چند طی قرون متمادی جمعیت کره زمین مداوماً افزایش یافته است با این حال در اثر پیشرفت علوم سطح رفاه اجتمائی دائما در حال ارتقا است.تلاش برای سلامت جسم ودوام عمر نوعی هدف ناخودآگاه برای فرد فرد آدمیان محسوب می شود که گویا تمامی جنبه های علم نیز در اختیار این هدف قرار دارد در این رابطه توجه به سلامتی و شادابی جزء لاینفک زندگی بوده و تغذیه نقش بنیادین در شکل گیری و دوام این سلامتی دارد.گوشت کبک به دلیل خواص درمانی خود از دیرباز موردعلاقه خانواده های ایرانی بوده و اهتمام به پرورش طیور جدید و از جمله کبک، علاوه بر ارضائ حس تنوع طلبی ، راهکاری برای برقراری زندگی سالم و افزایش ارزش غذای خانواده هاست.استقبال روز افزون مردم از گوشت کبک ، نشان دهنده وجود چند برابر توان تولید در صنعت پویای پرورش کبک می باشد که این نکته افق روشنی را در مسیرتولید این محصول پیش رو می گذارد.پرورش صنعتی کبک : برای پرورش صنعتی کبک اجزای همچون گله مادر سالنهای پرورش کبک گوشتی کشتارگاه، واحد بسته بندی و سرد خانه پیش بینی می شود تا با ورود مواد اولیه به داخل فارم محصول نهایی که همان گوشت کبک می باشد از فارم خارج گردد.در پرورش صنعتی فاز فعال تخمگذاری ۱۶ هفته می باشد پس از طی آن پرنده وارد دوره خاموشی گردیده و تا آغاز سیکل نوری بعد ، در استراحت باقی می ماند، هر چند تخم گذاری پرنده پس از ۱۶ هفته ادامه خواهد یافت اما به دلیل افت تعداد تخم و نیز افت باروری اصطلاحاً تخمگذاری به صفر اقتصادی خواهد رسید و مرحله خاموشی آغاز خواهد شد. با توجه به اینکه در طی دوره خاموشی ، تولید قطع خواهد شد احداث ۲ سالن مادر و برقراری دو گله مادر با تخمگذاری یک در میان در این طرح پیش بینی می گردد.
