چکیده :بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از مواد جمع آوری شده از 785 پرسش و پاسخ نظرسنجی ها در گوانگدونگ، این مقاله برخی از ویژگی های اصلی نوآوری در تکنولوژی در بنگاههای کوچک و متوسط و محیط منطقه ای به دست می آورد و دریافت برخی از نتا یج به شرح زیر است: ظرفیت نوآورانه فناوری کسب وکارهای کوچک و متوسط در گوانگدونگ بهبود قابل توجهی به دست آورده در عین حال عملکرد نوآوری خروجی مانند می ان ثبت اختراع خیلی ضعیف است، اغلب کسب وکارهای کوچک و متوسط استراتژی همکاری و استراتژی شبیه سازی شده را به عنوان یک استراتژی سازمانی فن آوری های نوآورانه خود انتخاب می کنند.عرضه تاجر و مشتری نقش مهمی را در شبکه های نوآورانه ایفا می کند، اما در سطح دبیرستان، موسسه پژوهشی و آژانس خدمات موسسه نقش کمتری داشتند، به منظور بهبود سطح تکنولوژی و اداره کردن،انگیزه های نوآورانه برای کسب وکارهای کوچک و متوسط(مورد نیاز)است،اما فقدان نیروی کار ماهر،فنآوری های جدید و قانون محیطی، محیط نواورانه گوانگدونگ را محدود می کند.،بیشتر کسب وکارهای کوچک ومتوسط نگرش خوشبینی را برای ایالتGguangdong نگاه می دارند و فکر می کنند که دلتای رودخانه مرواریدانتخاب اولشان برای سرمایه گذاری صنعتی در آینده می باشد..
