پروژه مهندسی مواد و متالوژی - پروژه ای درباره فلزات سنگین
چکیده: تعداد 32 نمونه غذا ، آب منابع و عضله ماهي به منظور اندازه گيري فلزات سرب و آهن در فصلهاي تابستان و پاييز ، در دو نوبت با فاصله 3 ماه از چهار مزرعه پرورش ماهي قزل آلاي رنگين كمان در استان چهارمحال بختياري اخذ شده و مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. ميزان آهن و سرب به ترتيب در كل نمونههاي آب مزارع مختلف برابر با 4/4 ± 6/60 و 2/0 ± 5/2 ميكروگرم بر ليتر ، ميزان آهن و سرب به ترتيب در كل نمونههاي خوراك مصرفي مزارع مختلف برابر با8/183 ± 4/563 و1/1 ± 3/3 ميليگرم بر كيلوگرم و همچنين ميزان اين دو فلز به ترتيب در كل نمونههاي ماهي مزارع مختلف برابر با 9/3 ± 7/8 و1/0 ± 3/0 ميليگرم بر كيلوگرم بوده است . با توجه به مقادير بدست آمده از دو فلز فوق هيچگونه تفاوت معنيداري در سطح (05/0 p <) بين خوراك، ماهيان و آبهاي مختلف مشاهده نشد ولي در كل ارتباط منطقي بين ميزان اين دو فلز در غذا و ماهيان تغذيه شده از همان غذا مشاهده گرديد بطوريكه بيشترين ميزان تجمع فلزات سنگين ياد شده در غذاي كارخانه شماره 2 و همينطور ماهيان تغذيه شده از اين غذا و كمترين ميزان تجمع اين فلزات در غذاي كارخانه شماره 3 و ماهيان تغذيه شده با اين خوراك مشاهده شد . با توجه به استاندارد هاي FAO براي فلزات سنگين و مقايسه آن با مقادير بدست آمده در تحقيق حاضر، ميزان اين فلزات در آب، غذا و عضلات ماهي از حداكثر مجاز پيشنهادي كمتر ميباشد. لذا هيچگونه خطري از جانب اين منابع متوجه مصرفكنندگان بعدي مثل انسان نيست .
